Looking for a versatile ophthalmologist, preferably with a couple years of experience, to start within the next 3 to 6 months. Must be hard-working, motivated, sharp, and a team-player.  Established referrals with exclusive contracts.

Build the practice you want to in a location that is close to Saddleback MemorialCare Hospital and affiliated with Hoag in a very desirable area.  Great demographics, high quality equipment, and access to the best surgical centers

Must be board-certified. Experience strongly preferred. Local candidates ONLY.

Looking for the right personality fit for this location and office - a go-getter, personable, highly ethical.

Ideal candidates will be excellent cataract surgeons, have good experience with cutting edge technology including MIGS, femtosecond laser, and premium IOL's.  Cornea External Disease, Cataract Anterior Segment, Glaucoma, Oculoplastics with Comprehensive Physicians and Surgeons welcome to apply.

Compensation will be guaranteed base with % of your net collections PLUS excellent benefits (Health insurance, dental, life, disability, vacation time, 401k with match, etc.). Not PE owned.  Partnership track for the right candidate.
