• Employed position within a private practice across multiple, dedicated locations (you'll be based at one site, no travel between).

• Strong payor mix: approximately 60% Medicare and 40% Commercial.
• General ophthalmology focus - ideal for cataract specialists, with additional glaucoma cases available.

Your Balanced Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM - enjoy your nights and weekends!
• Flexible accommodations for a 4.5-day workweek are possible.
• Dedicated surgery day, all performed conveniently within the same building.

Lucrative Compensation & Benefits:

• Guaranteed base salary ranging from $400,000 to $475,000, plus a robust 30% collections sharing.
